DO I HAVE TO MAKE A PAYMENT WHEN I BOOK A RESERVATION ONLINE?
No payment is required when you book a reservation online or over the phone.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY RESERVATION?
You pay when you check in at our parking lot. We take cash or credit card payments. We also offer a 7% discount if you pay cash.
DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION TO THE AIRPORT?
Yes, we offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. Depending on the time of day, there might be a wait time of 10 to 30 minutes or longer.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
We are open 24/7
IS THERE A FEE FOR CANCELING A RESERVATION?
There is no cancelation fee. To cancel or change your reservation, email us at prideparking1@gmail.com or call 847-678-1234.
